- Verify the registered office’s address.

- Name of the association.
- Two versions of the society’s bylaws and memorandum of association (MoA).
Documents Needed for Registration under Section 8 Company
- Provide verification of the registered office’s address, such as a water or electricity bill or a receipt for property taxes.
- All of the directors’ identities are verified by their driver’s license, passport copy, voter ID, and Aadhaar card.
- The company’s name for approval.
- Company’s MoA and AoA
